BARN RULES AND INFORMATION

WELCOME TO HAVENS HOPE RANCH AND STABLES 

Barn Info/Rules: 

Havens Hope is a haven for the entire family. Our mission is to have a safe place for everyone to be exposed to, learn about and fall in love with our equine partners. Riders of all ages enjoy our barn, and we strive to have a safe, fun, and drama-free environment so all can decompress and just enjoy a sanctuary away from the outside stress of our everyday lives. Please respect everyone’s space and enjoyment. 

• NO Smoking/Vaping of any kind on Havens Hope property. 
• No Alcoholic Beverages, Illegal substances or weapons of any kind. 
• Please respect the knowledge and guidance of our staff to ensure your safety. 
• Please refrain from coaching from the sidelines. 
• No yelling or running inside the barns or near the horses. 
• Please do NOT bring your pets on site. 
• Please be respectful and use trash receptacles around the facilities. 
• Appropriate footwear must be worn (Boots or tennis shoes). Toes and heels must be covered. 
• ASTM Certified Helmets are REQUIRED. We do offer helmets but encourage the purchase of your own. 
• Long pants must be worn for riding. 
• Equine Liability Release forms MUST be filled out for everyone who comes onto the property. 
• NO children are allowed on property without a parent or responsible adult. 
• Please enjoy all of our critters...but please do not pick them up, do not chase them, do not throw things at them... You may pet them and enjoy them...  They our are family. 

Lessons are 1 hour long. We teach everything about horses, it is NOT just about riding.  

If you know you need to miss your lesson time, please let us know 24 hours in advance. We realize things come up and emergencies happen. To have a makeup lesson offered we required at least a 3-hour notice.  You are still responsible for the cost of that missed lesson. We do ask for a monthly commitment so that our coaches know what their workload is, and they can plan accordingly.
